I’d mentioned how these changes seemed almost like a cure for depression. I’m sorry to say that effect lasts a couple of months before diminishing.
I’ll go ahead and amend the original article to point to this. I just didn’t want to give anyone false hope that adopting a vegan diet, taking vitamins, and abstaining from coffee would cure depression.
